TON Foundation s’associe à Banxa pour permettre les paiements en stablecoin aux entreprises à travers l’Asie

Reno, United States – 16 février 2026 — Banxa, a fournisseur mondial d’infrastructure crypto and an OSL Group company, today announced a partenariat stratégique with TON Foundation, the organisation à but non lucratif supporting the development of The Open Network (TON). Through this collaboration, Banxa will help enable thousands of petites et moyennes entreprises (SMEs) across the Asie-Pacifique region to leverage TON’s infrastructure for everyday stablecoin règlement and transfrontalier money movement. 

The partnership positions TON as a practical payments layer for real-world commerce, extending its high-performance blockchain infrastructure into one of the world’s most active business and trade regions.

While much of the actif numérique industry continues to focus on future adoption, businesses are already using TON today. Through OSL’s established merchant and institutional network and Banxa’s extensive global rails de paiement, SMEs across APAC can leverage TON infrastructure for practical payment flows, including B2B règlements, transfrontalier transactions, and consumer-to-business (C2B) payments. With TON’s peer-to-peer (P2P) rails already widely used across the region, the partnership builds on TON’s ability to support multiple real-world payment use cases at scale.

As Asia’s leading stablecoin trading and payment platform with a global regulatory footprint, OSL secured a US$300 million equity financing round in 2025 – the then-largest publicly disclosed equity raise in Asia’s actif numérique sector – and recently completed another round of US$200 million to accelerate the expansion of its global payment and stablecoin infrastructure. Combining Banxa’s established licensing and payment network across the United States, Europe, UK, Canada, and APAC, the group brings deep regulatory coverage to the partnership.
