TON Foundation se asocia con Banxa para habilitar pagos con stablecoins para empresas en Asia

Reno, United States – February 16, 2026 — Banxa, a global crypto infrastructure provider and an OSL Group company, ha anunciado hoy a alianza estratégica with TON Foundation, the non-profit organization supporting the development of The Open Network (TON). Through this collaboration, Banxa will help enable thousands of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the Asia-Pacific region to leverage TON’s infrastructure for everyday stablecoin settlement and cross-border money movement. 

The partnership positions TON as a practical payments layer for real-world commerce, extending its high-performance blockchain infrastructure into one of the world’s most active business and trade regions.

Real-World Adoption at Scale

While much of the digital asset industry continues to focus on future adoption, businesses are already using TON today. Through OSL’s established merchant and institutional network and Banxa’s extensive global payment rails, SMEs across APAC can leverage TON infrastructure for practical payment flows, incluyendo B2B settlements, cross-border transactions, and consumer-to-business (C2B) payments. With TON’s peer-to-peer (P2P) rails already widely used across the region, the partnership builds on TON’s ability to support multiple real-world payment use cases at scale.

As Asia’s leading stablecoin trading and payment platform with a global regulatory footprint, OSL secured a US$300 million equity financing round in 2025 – the then-largest publicly disclosed equity raise in Asia’s digital asset sector – and recently completed another round of US$200 million to accelerate the expansion of its global payment and stablecoin infrastructure. Combining Banxa’s established licensing and payment network across the United States, Europe, UK, Canada, and APAC, the group brings deep regulatory coverage to the partnership.

The Banxa partnership builds on existing enterprise adoption of TON by companies como Bloxcross and Shift4, which already use TON for payment processing and settlement.
