What the campaign offers

During the promotion, Trust Wallet users buying crypto with EUR through Banxa pay 0% fees on eligible transactions.

Checkout runs through PayPal. Users can pay with a PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or a card. Returning PayPal users often skip re-entering payment details entirely.

PayPal as a payment option for crypto allows users to navigate a smoother flow with less friction as PayPal carries a higher authorization rate than card payments, meaning fewer people will hit a wall during the buying process.

What happens after the campaign ends

Once the promotion closes, Banxa’s standard PayPal fees sit in a similar range to Visa and Mastercard processing costs. Users who start onramping with PayPal during the campaign shouldn’t see a sharp jump once fees return. Combined with PayPal’s higher authorization rate, there’s little practical reason for that cohort to switch to card checkout once the promotional window closes.

1. Promotion Period: This promotion runs from 14 July 2026 to 14 August 2026, 1PM UTC. Banxa reserves the right to extend the promotion period at its sole discretion.
2. Eligibility: This promotion is open to new and existing users who are residents of, or located in, one of the eligible countries listed in Section 3, and who purchase crypto using EUR via PayPal through Banxa’s integration within the Trust Wallet platform. Users must access the promotion through this integration; purchases made via other payment methods or other platforms are not eligible. This promotion is available to residents of, or persons located in, any of the following supported countries on this list.
3. Eligible Countries (EU/EEA): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
4. Promotion Details: During the promotion period, eligible users will pay 0% transaction fees on EUR purchases made via PayPal through Banxa on Trust Wallet. This includes payments made using a PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or a debit/credit card processed through PayPal. Network and blockchain fees are not included in this promotion and remain payable by the user.
5. Excluded Countries, Territories and Persons: This promotion is not available to residents of, or persons located in, the following countries and territories: Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African Republic, Chad, China, Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Cuba, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Lebanon, Libya, Malaysia, Mali, Moldova, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Niger, Nigeria, Palestinian Territory, Occupied, North Korea, Russia, Syrian Arab Republic, Somalia, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Tunisia, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.
