The support staff at Banxa work hard around the clock to resolve our customers’ issues. Every team member will earnestly endeavour to help with an inquiry.

Our customers have a right to be heard, understood, and respected. However, there are situations that can make it difficult for our support team to respond to inquiries. In some cases, when a customer becomes threatening or abusive, we have to draw the line.

Hence, we reserve the right to refuse our services and discontinue business relationships when a customer is rude, discriminative, harassing, or abusive to our staff. Additionally, any threats of violence will be treated seriously and reported to the authorities. Everyone has a right to feel safe at work, and it is no different for Banxa.

Thank you for understanding our need to create a respectful and safe workplace. We want to hear our customers’ concerns and be there for them, but the right to that support comes with an expectation of thoughtful, considerate behaviour and communication.
