TON Foundation gaat samenwerking aan met Banxa om stablecoin-betalingen voor bedrijven in Azië mogelijk te maken

Reno, Verenigde Staten – februari 16, 2026 — Banxa, een wereldwijde aanbieder van crypto-infrastructuur and een bedrijf van OSL Group, heeft vandaag aangekondigd a strategic partnership with TON Foundation, the non-profitorganisatie supporting the development of The Open Network (TON). Through this collaboration, Banxa will help enable thousands of kleine en middelgrote ondernemingen (mkb) across the Azië-Pacific region to leverage TON’s infrastructure for everyday stablecoin-afwikkeling and grensoverschrijdend betalingsverkeer. 

The partnership positions TON as a practical payments layer for commercie in de echte wereld, extending its high-performance blockchain-infrastructuur into one of the world’s most active business and trade regions.

Real-World Adoption at Scale

While much of the digitale-activasector continues to focus on future adoption, businesses are already using TON today. Through OSL’s established merchant and institutional network and Banxa’s extensive global betalingsinfrastructuur, SMEs across APAC can leverage TON infrastructure for practical betalingsstromen, including B2B settlements, grensoverschrijdende transacties, and consument-naar-bedrijf (C2B) payments. With TON’s peer-to-peer (P2P) rails already widely used across the region, the partnership builds on TON’s ability to support multiple in de echte wereld payment use cases at scale.

As Asia’s leading stablecoin-handel and betalingsplatform with a global regelgevend bereik, OSL secured a US$300 million equity financing round in 2025 – the then-largest publicly disclosed equity raise in Asia’s digitale-activasector – and recently completed another round of US$200 million to accelerate the expansion of its global payment and stablecoin infrastructure. The Banxa partnership builds on existing enterprise adoption of TON by companies such as Bloxcross and Shift4, which already use TON for betalingsverwerking and settlement.
